10 Tips For Developing Your Creativity

Everyone can benefit from creativity in his life. You can use your creativity to help you in your professional endeavors, choosing your goals, managing your home or family, and much more.

To help you in your work, home and family, here are 10 tips for developing your creativity:

1. Stay Healthy

Find daily physical activity you enjoy and adopt it. Change it when you want, but go every day to exercise. Sleep well. Eat healthy and varied food. Meditation, or anything else you enjoy doing to relax can help you stay focused.

2. Explore new horizons

We do so much without really thinking. And these things become our daily routine, a boring routine. Try something new. This can be as simple as taking a different path to get to work or take courses in an area that has always interested you.

3. Think like Curious George

Ask yourself questions about what you see, hear and read: "Why?" "How?" "What if?", Etc.. Seek answers to your questions. You can also create a journal and write down all your new finds.

4. Read a new book

Choose a book that you would not have normally chosen. Pick one up at the library. If you have always preferred reading novels without science fiction, take a science fiction novel. There are so many interesting books to read and so many genres to choose ... Your librarian will be happy to help you explore new books.

5. Act like a child

Children are so carefree, honest and funny. Think about what you used to do for fun when you were a child. Paint, cycle, walk to the park, etc.. Do all these things a child would, and have fun!

6. Everyone needs a little time to himself

Plan some time each day to relax. You can, for example, use meditation meditate if you like. Make no plan, pay no bills ... do nothing at all for this moment.

7. What if?

And if the end of the world was tomorrow? And if "Allien", those terrible aliens were real? And whether there is life after death? Formulate yourself your own questions beginning with "What if", and see where your brain takes you.

8. Never assume anything

Assume things will only lead you to problems. You might assume that your boss is a dictator or a junk. And if he did not just his life and did it pay its employees? You might assume that the person who cut you off the floor this morning was no consideration for you. And if pressed to be able to take her child to the hospital?

9. Write about yourself

Who are you? What person are you? Where have you already made in your life?Occurred when the most important things in your life? Why do you do things the way you do them? How do you live your life each day?

10. Talk to people

Listen carefully to what they have to say instead of waiting your turn to speak. What would you have felt in their place? Imagine how they live and think.
